Per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s important dominar aquests conceptes clau del marketing digital i traduir-los per poder aplicar-los de la millor manera possible a una entitat del tercer sector.<\/p>\r\n<p>Habitualment, un Funnel de Captaci\u00f3 o Conversi\u00f3 es representa amb la forma duna pir\u00e0mide invertida amb cinc nivells que mostren les cinc fases per les quals passa una persona fins a complir un objectiu de marketing.<\/p>\r\n<p>En la majoria dels casos, quan parlem de convertir en marketing estem parlant de vendes. Aquest \u00e9s el primer nivell de l&#8217;embut, per on entren les persones que coneixen la meva organitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\r\n<p>Si considero que no soc prou conegut, quines eines hauria de fer servir? Les m\u00e9s \u00fatils en aquesta fase s\u00f3n el SEO, SEM, xarxes socials, blocs i publicitat digital. La manera d&#8217;utilitzar cadascuna d&#8217;aquestes eines pot variar en funci\u00f3 de la naturalesa o situaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Consideration<\/h3>\r\n<p>Em consideren com una opci\u00f3? A aquest nivell passen tots els usuaris que, a m\u00e9s de con\u00e8ixer-me, em consideren una opci\u00f3 real a l&#8217;hora de fer, per exemple, un programa de voluntariat.<\/p>\r\n<p>En analitzar aquesta fase \u00e9s imprescindible tenir clar i ben definit el nostre buyer persona amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;entendre millor les caracter\u00edstiques i necessitats del p\u00fablic a qu\u00e8 ens dirigim.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Conversion<\/h3>\r\n<p>Seguint amb l&#8217;exemple del voluntari: d&#8217;entre el nombre de persones que m&#8217;han considerat una opci\u00f3, quantes han fet finalment el programa de voluntariat amb la meva organitzaci\u00f3?<\/p>\r\n<p>En aquest nivell \u00e9s important pensar per qu\u00e8 aquest potencial usuari ha de col\u00b7laborar amb nosaltres i no amb cap altra organitzaci\u00f3. Quin valor afegit us oferim?<\/p>\r\n<h3>Loyalty<\/h3>\r\n<p>Quina \u00e9s la vida mitjana del voluntariat? Quant de temps romanen amb nosaltres? Per aconseguir que aquests ens siguin fidels ens hem de centrar a cuidar i personalitzar el tracte, con\u00e8ixer-los, tenir en compte la seva opini\u00f3, oferir-los incentius perqu\u00e8 continu\u00efn col\u00b7laborant amb la nostra organitzaci\u00f3&#8230; En aquesta fase pot ser molt \u00fatil mesurar el grau de satisfacci\u00f3 de les persones i com ha estat la vostra experi\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Advocacy<\/h3>\r\n<p>El col\u00b7laborador que arriba a aquesta fase \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s que aix\u00f2; \u00e9s un fan, un ambaixador de la nostra organitzaci\u00f3.
