La dedicaci\u00f3 de recursos, pressupost, canals, i molts altres aspectes del nostre pla de fundraising digital, estan supeditats als objectius que ens h\u00e0gim marcat. Segons aquesta metodologia, tot objectiu que s&#8217;estableixi en una organitzaci\u00f3 ha de ser espec\u00edfic (S), mesurable (M), assolible (A), rellevant (R) i temporal (T). Vegem qu\u00e8 vol dir cadascun d&#8217;aquests punts.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2>Espec\u00edfic<\/h2>\r\n<p>Els objectius han de ser precisos i descriure de manera clara un aspecte, tasca o acci\u00f3 determinada del fundraising digital de la nostra organitzaci\u00f3. Per exemple, no n&#8217;hi ha prou amb plantejar l&#8217;objectiu: \u201cAugmentar el nombre de socis de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3\u201d. L&#8217;expressi\u00f3 de l&#8217;objectiu hauria de ser: \u201cAugmentar trimestralment en un 10% el nombre de socis de la nostra organitzaci\u00f3\u201d. Per exemple, si no aconseguim el nombre de visites a la nostra web que hem establert com a objectiu, podrem prendre decisions i corregir l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia.<\/p>\r\n<p>A la nostra estrat\u00e8gia de m\u00e0rqueting digital cal destacar la import\u00e0ncia dels KPIs (Indicadors Clau del Rendiment) a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;analitzar el resultat de les nostres accions i comparar-les, o posar-les en perspectiva, al llarg del temps.<\/p>\r\n<p>El nombre de visites a la web, la seva durada, el nombre de seguidors de les nostres xarxes socials s\u00f3n nom\u00e9s alguns dels molts indicadors que podem utilitzar per comen\u00e7ar a comprendre quines accions de comunicaci\u00f3 i fundraising ens ofereixen un millor retorn al canal digital, i com reproduir tend\u00e8ncies que ens portin a un creixement sostingut.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2>Assolible<\/h2>\r\n<p>Els objectius que fixem han de ser realistes i coherents amb la din\u00e0mica i la situaci\u00f3 de la nostra organitzaci\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, cal tenir en compte conting\u00e8ncies que puguin condicionar el resultat final. La font m\u00e9s fiable de qu\u00e8 disposem \u00e9s el nostre hist\u00f2ric de resultats. Sobre aquesta base i, tenint en compte variables com el volum de la inversi\u00f3, recursos, campanyes&#8230; podem plantejar uns objectius raonables i assolibles.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2>Rellevant<\/h2>\r\n<p>Hi ha la possibilitat que aconseguim algun dels objectius establerts, per\u00f2 que aquest no sigui aprofitable o \u00fatil per a l&#8217;entitat.<\/p>\r\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, abans de fixar cadascun dels nostres objectius, no hem de preguntar si contribueix a l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia central de la nostra organitzaci\u00f3. I hem de plantejar una data l\u00edmit per aconseguir cada objectiu.<\/p>\r\n<p>Quan definim objectius ens basem en hip\u00f2tesis del tipus: &#8220;crec que un 0,2% de les persones que visitessin la web de la meva organitzaci\u00f3 l&#8217;any que ve acabessin fent un donatiu.&#8221; Aplicant aquesta senzilla metodologia SMART, podrem comprovar fins a quin punt es compleixen les nostres hip\u00f2tesis i quin marge d&#8217;error llencen els nostres resultats respecte del previst.
